Retaining rings
Retaining rings
The locking ring is used to mount various elements on shafts axles of gearboxes and motors. The locking rings are divided into two types: inner locking ring and outer locking ring. The inner ring is designed for mounting on the hole, the outer – on the shaft.
The choice of a suitable ring depends on the operating conditions, and it may be different for different designs. Determining the correct type of retaining ring based on data such as the requirements of installation / dismounting conditions, the calculated axial load, the elimination of the axial clearance, will help to ensure reliable ring service with a significant reduction in costs.
A wide range of company retaining rings meets the most varied requirements for their design.
